ADE Red Dot Sight with Picatinny and Glock Mounting Plate
ADE introduces the RD3-006 red dot sight with a pre-assembled Picatinny mounting plate, designed specifically for Glock pistols from models Glock 17 to Glock 43 (excluding Glock "100" MOS models). This sight does not fit Glock pistols with aftermarket slides cut for optics.
The included Glock plate also fits some other pistols like Canik TP9SF (except SFX, COMBAT, and SA models). For Taurus pistols, the plate is compatible with the factory steel sight-equipped G3C and G3. However, it does not fit Taurus models like G2/G2C, G3 without factory steel sights, and TX22/PT111, as these models are built based on different rear sight dovetail specifications.
While you can install this mount without a gunsmith, we highly recommend hiring a professional to ensure proper installation and maximize reliability.
The RD3-006 has undergone several enhancements for better functionality and user experience. The rear locking screws have been replaced with a self-locking mechanism for easier use and greater reliability. Additionally, the new motion-activated technology turns off the green dot illumination after five minutes of inactivity but instantly reactsivate it at the previous brightness level when motion or vibration is detected, ensuring seamless operation.
The sight is shock and fog proof but not waterproof. The lenses are precision ground and polished, significantly reducing parallax and providing a clear, crisp sight picture.
Key Features: - 4 MOA red dot - 5 illumination settings - Lithium CR2032 battery (included)
Still see a splashed dot, half-moon shape, multi dot, or starburst instead of a perfect round dot? You might have an undiagnosed astigmatism. To check, take a photo of the dot with your cellphone. If the dot appears circular, it likely confirms the presence of astigmatism. Many users choose to continue using the sight, opt for a larger MOA red dot, or use different optics like a rifle scope instead.
